Some one of age 18 or older must be available to sign for the equipment. Due to the area we cover the delivery may be up to two days prior to your event. Any early deliveries have no extra charges if they are a result of our schedule.
If our driver cannot get to the machine upon pick up a re-attempt fee will be charged equaling the delivery fee. Any pick up requested after 7pm will incur a $75 after hours pick up fee.
Delivery charges are $2.50 per mile one way only up to 50 miles. We will calculate pricing on deliveries of more than 50 miles from Norwood, Ma. and forward the information to you.
We Will Discuss Delivery Date And Time 5 Days Prior To Your Event When We Will “Reconfirm” Your Order By Phone And Run Your Credit Card. Pickup Will Be Determined Mutually At Time Of Delivery.
